First Day School activities for grades K through 12 resume Sept. 11. Friends and visitors are invited to a Back to School picnic at the Meetinghouse, Sept. 10, 5-7 pm.
The State College Friends Meeting is a monthly meeting (local congregation)
of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers).
Our Sundays - Please Join Us
Most Sundays (not business meeting Sundays)
| 9:45 a.m. | adult discussion (except summer) - child care for all ages is available |
| 10:45 a.m. | first-day school (except summer) -children ages 3-18 meet by age group in various classrooms, care is provided for infants and toddlers in the nursery. |
| 11:00 a.m. | meeting for worship |
| 11:45 a.m. | children join meeting for worship |
| 12:00 p.m. | sharing of joys and sorrows, singing, introductions, anouncements |
| 12:30 p.m. | social hour - light refreshment is available for everyone in the social room. We hope visitors will stay and introduce themselves. |
Business meeting Sunday - once a month, usually the first Sunday

| 10:45 a.m. | first-day school (except summer) |

Meeting for worship for business is usually the first Sunday of the month; sometimes it is moved to avoid holiday weekends. June business meeting is usually the second Sunday and often there is just one meeting for worship for business during July and August.
Wednesday Meeting
Friends meet for mid-week meeting for worship, at 4:30 p.m., Darlington Meeting Room, Foxdale Village, 500 E. Marylyn Ave., State College, PA.
